Account listing rules

Every account you sell must come with full, permanent access for the buyer, an accurate description and an answer to the Linked email question. You stay responsible for the accounts you sell, and you may never log in to, recover or change an account after the sale. Our team reviews account listings and removes ones that break these rules.

These rules add to the seller rules, which apply to every category.

What you can sell

Only accounts the buyer can fully take over. The buyer must receive everything needed to sign in and secure the account: login, password, email access, and any recovery codes, security answers, backup codes or PINs.

Not allowed:

  • Shared, rented, offline or limited-access accounts, and any account sold without full access.
  • Stolen, hacked or recovered accounts, or accounts obtained by fraud.
  • Accounts leveled or modified with cheats, bots, exploits or unauthorized software.
  • Accounts with offensive usernames.

Linked email

Every account is sold with full email access. The sell form asks one required question, Linked email: which email is the buyer getting the login to?

Answer What it means
The original email The email the account was registered with. You give the buyer its login.
A different email Not the email it was registered with. You give the buyer its login.
No email linked The buyer links their own email after purchase.

Buyers see your answer on the listing. You can’t publish an account listing without an answer. An older listing that never got one is paused, after reminders, until you answer it.

Use a well-known email provider, such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL or Proton Mail. For any other provider, give the buyer a direct link to its sign-in page. A buyer who can’t get into the email has grounds for a dispute.

Describing the account

Describe the exact account being sold. Include, where it applies:

  • Platform and version: PC, Xbox, PlayStation, mobile, or the game edition.
  • Region, when it affects access, matchmaking or content.
  • Linked platforms, such as Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation or Xbox.
  • Rank or level as it is now. If the rank has reset, list it as unranked.
  • Progress and inventory: skins, items, currency and unlocks.
  • Restrictions: bans, mutes, penalties, region locks or anything else that limits the account.

Don’t exaggerate, use vague ranges for key details, or add unrelated games and tags. Don’t promise a “lifetime warranty” or say you aren’t responsible after the sale.

Rules for specific games

Game What to include
Fortnite Every platform the account can be linked to; listing a platform guarantees it works there. If the email can’t be changed right away, say so and give full access to the linked email.
Valorant List it under the current season’s rank.
GTA V The platform (Epic Games, Rockstar, PC, PlayStation or Xbox) and the version (Enhanced or Legacy). FiveM accounts must say that GTA V is needed to play.
Old School RuneScape and RuneScape 3 All recovery information you have: recovery questions, original email, old passwords and membership payment methods. Disclose bans, offenses, mutes and botting history.
Call of Duty The title and the platforms that can be linked. Unlink logins you don’t need and give full access to the rest.
League of Legends List it under the current season’s rank and disclose offenses, penalties and chat restrictions.

Several accounts in one listing

  • A listing can hold several accounts only if its title, description, attributes, photos and Linked email answer are true of every one. If the accounts differ, list them separately.
  • Don’t create several listings for the same kind of account. Add the accounts to one listing instead.
  • Each account is sold to one buyer, once. We warn you if an account you add is already in another of your listings or was sold before, and our team sees accounts listed more than once. Selling the same account twice is not allowed.

Instant and manual delivery

  • Instant delivery: you add the accounts when you create the listing, and each buyer gets one as soon as they pay. Every account’s details must be correct and working when you list. The listing can’t be published without at least one account.
  • Manual delivery: you send the details in the order chat after the sale, before the guaranteed delivery time.

Login details are stored encrypted. Duplicating a listing never copies them. See Delivering an order.

After the sale

Once an account is sold, never log in to it, recover it, change it or use its details, unless the buyer asks you for help in the order chat. This applies after protection ends and after a refund.

Recovering or taking back a sold account is never allowed. It leads to a permanent ban, and we hold your payouts while affected buyers are repaid.

Every account order includes free buyer protection, which starts when you deliver:

During protection, the buyer can open a dispute if they lose access, the account is banned or it doesn’t match the listing. After protection ends, our team can still reopen a dispute for the buyer, for example if the account is recovered. There’s no time limit: whenever we have proof that you recovered a sold account, we act on it, including holding your payouts.

Disputes you lose on accounts, especially ones opened days after delivery, also lower your place in search results. See How offer ranking works.

Disputes

Respond with evidence or an offer before the deadline:

  • Help the buyer with login, email or recovery problems in the order chat.
  • Share evidence: delivery details, screenshots of the account, its history.
  • If the account can’t be fixed, offer a replacement or a refund.
  • Stay polite, even if the buyer is frustrated.

If an account came from a source you don’t trust, cancel or replace the order before the buyer has a problem. See Disputes for sellers.

What happens if you break these rules

Problem What our team can do
Misleading or false account details Remove the listing, refund the buyer and, if it happens again, pause your account listings.
No full access, or an instant-delivery listing with wrong details Refund the buyer, warn you and, if it happens again, ban you.
Recovering or accessing a sold account Permanent ban.
Stolen, hacked or illegally obtained accounts Permanent ban.
Refusing to help during a dispute Refund the buyer and restrict your account.

Yes, if you can give the buyer full access and you describe it accurately. You’re responsible for it like any other account you sell.

The listing is paused. Edit the listing and answer the question to turn it back on.
