    Example: If you deposit $5, a fee of $5 * 0.08 + $0.30 = $0.70 will apply. You will pay $5.70 in total. If an order is canceled, $5 will be returned to your PlayerBay balance. If you receive a refund, the fees will also be refunded.

    Payment Method Details

    • Debit/Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Discover are supported worldwide. Use a card with 3D Secure enabled to ensure acceptance. Refunds can take up to 5 business days, and verification may be required.
    • Apple Pay: Available worldwide on Apple devices using Safari. Ensure Touch ID is enabled for access. Refunds can take up to 5 business days, and verification may be required.
    • Google Pay: Supported worldwide on mobile devices using Google Chrome. A card must be linked to your Google Pay account. Refunds can take up to 5 business days, and verification may be required.
    • Cryptocurrencies: Payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, and more are supported. Deposits may take about 1 hour to process after blockchain confirmation. Refunds are processed only in Bitcoin, regardless of the cryptocurrency used for the deposit.
    • iDEAL: Available for users in the Netherlands. Payments are made in Euros (€). Verification may be required.
    • Klarna: Direct banking method available in Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and the UK. Payments are made in Euros (€). Verification may be required.

    Boosting

    • The seller failed to deliver the boost within the guaranteed time.

    • Valuable items were used or taken without permission.
    • The seller used third-party programs causing bans.

    Not Eligible for Refund

    • The order was delivered but purchased by mistake.
    • The guaranteed delivery time has not passed.

    Now, white hat hackers around the world can search our system for any flaws large or small and get paid for it. Bug hunters may earn rewards for anything from minor bugs to critical flaws, as long as they impact our service or security of the system.

    How does the bug bounty program work?

    1. You find something you think might be a bug, flaw, or vulnerability in our service.

    3. Our dev team evaluates your report to determine the impact that the issue has on our service.
    4. You get cash in your PlayerBay balance depending on the severity of the issue you’ve uncovered.

    How to Withdraw Your PlayerBay Balance

    Users can make withdrawals of their PlayerBay balance via SEPA Bank Transfer, Payoneer, BTC, ETH, or Skrill. Withdrawals are processed automatically, except for BTC/ETH and SEPA withdrawals, which are processed by the PlayerBay Team and take up to 5 business days.

    Withdrawals are only available for sellers. You will see the withdrawal option after your first completed sale. The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is $10, except cryptocurrency withdrawals.

    • Payoneer: 4% percentage fee + $2 flat fee. Withdrawals are processed in USD ($).
    • SEPA Bank Transfer: 4% percentage fee + $5 flat fee. SEPA withdrawals are processed in Euros (€), with currency converted from USD to EUR at the time of submission.

    PlayerBay’s TradeShield guarantees that all trades are legitimate and keeps you safe from scammers. PlayerBay takes full responsibility for the entire buying process in the marketplace. Buyers are fully protected against sellers who do not deliver their items or deliver items that are different from the original listing.

    PlayerBay holds the seller’s funds until you receive your order and confirm everything is okay. Once the item is delivered, the amount paid is released to the seller. If a dispute arises, PlayerBay protects the buyer by freezing the payment until the issue is resolved. If the item was not delivered or was not as described in the listing, the buyer will get a full refund.

    TradeShield for Sellers

    PlayerBay’s TradeShield protects all sellers from fraud and chargebacks. PlayerBay takes full responsibility for the entire selling process in the PlayerBay marketplace. All TradeShield features are completely free of charge and are in effect during every transaction.

    If fraudulent payments or chargebacks are attempted, PlayerBay protects sellers by fulfilling payments to sellers regardless of dispute outcomes. Sellers will always receive their payments for in-game items. PlayerBay resolves disputes with third-party payment providers without bringing users into the process.

    TradeShield Account Warranty

    To protect customers from account recovery fraud, PlayerBay enforces a 5-day warranty policy for account sales. During this period, buyers can dispute the purchase if they face issues such as loss or alteration of the purchased account. These issues can be resolved with the seller or through a refund request.

    Delivering Orders

      Sellers must deliver orders within the guaranteed delivery time. Frequent late deliveries or failures may lead to listing removal.
    2. If You’re Late or Partially Delivering:
      Obtain buyer approval for any delays or incomplete deliveries. Failure to do so may result in full refunds if disputes arise.
    3. Marking Orders as Delivered:
      Only mark orders as delivered once fully completed. Premature marking may make buyers eligible for full refunds in disputes.

    What’s Prohibited

    1. Scamming or Fraud:
      Attempts to scam or defraud buyers will lead to permanent bans. PlayerBay has zero tolerance for scams.
    2. Outside Communication:
      All communication must remain on PlayerBay’s chat system, except for boosting orders requiring voice chat.
    3. Advertising:
      Advertising other websites or marketplaces is prohibited.
    4. External Payments:
      Payments must be made through PlayerBay. Discussing or arranging outside payments is forbidden.
    5. Be Respectful:
      Always treat buyers professionally, even during disputes. Harassment, threats, or insults are unacceptable.
