  • The delivery details checkout asks for

Some orders need details from you before the seller can deliver, such as your character name, player ID or a login. Checkout asks for them under Enter Delivery Details, and you can’t pay until the required fields are filled in. We remember most details for next time, but never your password, which is encrypted and deleted when the order ends.

    Why we ask

The seller needs to know where to deliver. A currency trade needs your character and server, a top-up needs your player ID, and a login top-up needs your account login. Each game and delivery method asks only for what it needs. Product pages don’t ask for anything; checkout is the only place you enter these details.

    Common details

    Field What to enter
Character name, Username The name of the character that should receive the order, exactly as it appears in game.
User ID, Server ID Your player ID and server, usually on your in-game profile.
Roblox username Your Roblox username, not your display name.
Battle.net Tag Your tag with its number, like Name#1234.
Steam trade URL Your full Steam trade link. See How to find your Steam trade URL.
Account email, Account password The login for your game account, for methods where the seller signs in to deliver.

Checkout checks each field’s format. For example, a Steam trade URL must be a Steam trade link, and most text fields don’t accept the symbols , : ;.

    Your password is sealed

    • It’s encrypted as soon as it’s saved to the order.
    • Only the seller of that order and our team can open it, and only while the order is being delivered or is in a dispute.
    • It’s never shown in the order chat, saved to your cart or remembered for your next order.
    • It’s deleted from the order when the order is received, refunded or cancelled.
After a seller signs in to your account to deliver, change your password.

    Saved for next time

When you fill in a field, we save it to your account. The next checkout that asks for the same field fills it in for you. Your password is the exception: you type it each time.

In a cart, items from the same game that need the same details share one form. Click Use different details for each item to fill them in separately.

    After you pay

The order chat opens with your delivery details so the seller can start. Passwords appear hidden. If you made a mistake, tell the seller in the order chat right away.

A required delivery field is empty or in the wrong format. Checkout shows “Please complete the delivery details above before choosing a payment method.” Fix the highlighted field and try again.

Your login is only used for that order, and the password is sealed as described above. If you’d rather not share it, choose a method that only needs your player ID, where the game offers one.

  • Buying several items with the cart

Click Add to cart on any offer, from as many sellers as you like, then open the cart and click Proceed to Checkout. You enter delivery details once per game and pay for everything in one payment. Each item then becomes its own order, delivered by its own seller and covered by buyer protection on its own.

    Add items to your cart

    1. On an offer, choose the quantity or amount, then click Add to cart. You need to be signed in.
    2. Repeat for anything else you want, from any seller.
    3. Open Cart at the top of the page to see everything, change quantities or remove items.

If an item sells out or its listing is taken down, it’s removed from your cart and the cart tells you.

    Check out

    1. In the cart, click Proceed to Checkout (or Go to Checkout in the side panel).
    2. Fill in Enter Delivery Details. Items from the same game that need the same details share one form, shown as the game and the number of items.
    3. To give one item different details, click Use different details for each item.
    4. Choose a payment method, then pay once for the whole cart. If you have active vouchers, your voucher credit is applied first and you pay the rest.

The percentage part of the processing fee applies to each item. The fixed part is charged once for the whole cart and shared across the orders. Some categories have their own processing fee. The summary shows the total fee before you pay.

    After you pay

Each item becomes a separate order. You’ll find them all under Purchases.

    • Each seller delivers their own order, with its own order chat and delivery time.
    • You mark each order as received on its own.
    • Buyer protection, disputes and overdue cancellations apply to each order separately. A problem with one order doesn’t affect the others.
If an item sells out while your payment is going through, the whole payment is refunded and none of the orders go through. You can then check out again without that item.
    Go to Purchases

No. You pay the fixed part of the processing fee once for the whole cart, so one cart costs less than separate orders.

Accounts, keys and gift cards are one per order, so each can be in your cart once. When it’s already there, the button says In cart and opens your cart.

Each order follows the normal rules. If its seller misses the delivery time, you can cancel that order for a refund. See Cancelling an order the seller didn’t deliver.
