    We recommend verifying your account on your phone, as you will need to take and upload pictures to complete the verification process.

    Seller Verification Process

    This verification is voluntary and is triggered by users who wish to verify as sellers on our site. You will be prompted to verify as a seller when you proceed to create listings on our site.

    Verification will not be submitted until you have completed all verification steps.

    Have these items ready to complete the verification:

    • International ID with latin letters. Passport is the recommended option.
    • Device with front and back camera.
    • Paper and a pen.


    Seller verification contains of four steps:

    1. Select if you will be selling as an individual seller or a company.
    2. Fill out your details: first name, last name and middle name if present. Select your date of birth and nationality. Below this information you will be prompted to fill your residency information.
    3. Upload a picture of your ID and either a note that says PlayerBay.com or have PlayerBay website be visible in the background.
    4. Take a selfie with the same ID you uploaded earlier, make sure your face is not covered and both face and your ID are clearly visible.

    And that’s it! Your verification is submitted. Our verifying team will review it within 15 minutes.

    All of your information is kept safe with end-to-end encryption. We work hard to keep it safe.

    All verification photos are deleted 90 days after being submitted and they are not used by any third parties, their sole use is for PlayerBay verification process only.

    My verification has been closed, why?

    If your verification was closed, don’t worry – you are still able to make actions and purchases on our site. Closed verification means that it did not quite align with our policies. You can find more about our reasons below:

    My verification was declined, why?

    If your verification has been declined, it means that some information was not submitted as required. Our team will give you the reason of rejection, you will be able to see it in this page.

    To successfully complete the verification, please resubmit it following the instructions provided by our team.

      • No Coordination Needed: Since the delivery is linked directly to your account, there is no need to arrange a time or place for the transaction.
      • Tips for Success: Double-check that the account URL you provide is correct and active. This will ensure the items are delivered without any issues.
    3. Gifting Method
      • How It Works: The seller may ask for your username to send the items directly via the in-game gifting system. Alternatively, the seller might provide you with access to an account where the items are stored, allowing you to handle the gifting process yourself.
      • Flexibility: This method can be convenient if you want to manage the delivery on your own or if you need to send the items to a different account.
      • Tips for Success: If you’re provided with an account to manage the gifting, be sure to follow any instructions given by the seller to complete the process smoothly.

  • How do I receive my Order?

    If you were not automatically redirected to the order page after purchasing your product, please follow these steps for easy navigation:

    1. Click here or Orders in the dropdown menu.
    2. Make sure the Purchased Orders tab is selected. Click on your Order in the list below.

    3. In the Order page, you will see the order details and a Live Chat with the seller. Communicate directly with the seller through the chat to arrange the delivery. The exact mode of delivery will depend on the game and type of item.
      Explanation of the order page can be found below. The layout of the order page might differ slightly if you’re dealing with an account, item, boosting, or currency order.
    4. When the product is in your hands, go back to Order page, click Order Received and leave feedback for the seller. If you encounter some issues while receiving your Order and cannot solve them with the seller, you have an option to ask the PlayerBay Team for help by clicking Raise a dispute button.
      “Raise a dispute” option appears when order status is “Pending Delivery” or “Order Delivered”.

  • How do I receive account information from my seller?

    After purchasing your desired account, you should be redirected to the order page. If you’re having difficulty locating the order page and account details, please follow the guide below.

    Your purchased orders can be accessed here.

    1. Navigate Orders in the drop down menu at the top right corner where your avatar is.

    2. Locate the order you’d like to view here:

    3. If you purchased an order with instant delivery option, you will see account details at the top of the page, otherwise your account details will be manually delivered by the seller in the order chat. Use this image for order page navigation:

    The seller will send you all the necessary information about the account and help facilitate the change of email of the account if one is present via PlayerBay chat.

    After receiving the information:

    1. Log in to the account and make sure the credentials work.
    2. Check to see if the account has everything that was promised in the offer description.
    3. Log in to the account email if one is linked.
    4. Change the passwords for both the account and the email.
    5. Enable two factor authentication on the game account and email for extra security.

    If anything is wrong with the account: the credentials do not work, it is not as described, start by communicating with the seller via the order chat. The seller must assist you in resolving the issue.

    If the seller is unresponsive or unable to help, raise a dispute. The PlayerBay team will then review your order and provide a refund if necessary. The “Raise a dispute” option becomes available when the order status is either “Pending Delivery” or “Order Delivered.”

    To keep customers safe, all account orders include a 5-day account warranty for free. If you have any issues with your new account, raise a dispute and provide information about what happened to get a refund. While the dispute is active, the warranty period remains active, even if solving your dispute takes more than 5 days.

    Extended Warranty

    Want more protection? For an additional fee, you can extend your account warranty to 3 months or 6 months. This feature is only available for select offers—look for the extended warranty option at checkout.

    Your Warranty Covers

    • The account does not work or is not as described.
    • Loss of access due to account recovery by the seller.
    • Account bans due to the ownership transfer.
    • Account bans due to offenses made by the seller.

    Your Warranty Does Not Cover

    • Account bans due to your actions (e.g., you played on the account with cheats).
    • Loss of access unrelated to the seller (e.g., you forgot your password).
    • Account bans due to not following seller instructions (e.g., you were told not to contact game support but did so anyway).
    • Reselling the account to someone else. If you resell the account, your warranty is void.

    Submitting a Warranty Claim

    With extended warranty, if you have any issues after the 5-day free period, submit a warranty claim, and our team will review your case within 3–5 business days. Please note that if your seller is attempting to assist you with your warranty claim, the review process for the claim might take longer than 3–5 days.

    When your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a full refund of the account’s price, minus the warranty fee. Your warranty does not cover any items on the account or other additional expenses.

    After your warranty period is over, while we no longer provide a money-back guarantee, PlayerBay will still help you if any issues come up. First, contact the seller about your issue in the order chat. If the seller does not respond, contact PlayerBay support, and we will get in touch with the seller on your behalf.
